"The venue of the "Pajta" course and concerts for 15 years in Vértesacsa, Hungary is no longer available. Instead, since last year, we have continued our summer work together with my music academy students elsewhere. The Ludium-ensemble, which studied and played Kurtág's music, was active for the last eighteen "Pajta-years" and then ended as the members "grew up" professionally. In addition to the works of our master, we also played classical chamber music, and were often joined by András Kemenes. In the early years, the group included Zoltán Fejérvári, András Szalai, Péter Tornyai, Péter Kiss, Gergely Dubóczky and many others - since then, my colleagues have become renowned. Today's new team is also made up of extraordinary talents, and we can hope for the musicians of the future." (Gábor Csalog)
