Zoltán Mizsei is a baritone with a very wide musical outlook. He has performed as a solo singer and in chamber concerts in a remarkable range of music, from early works to the contemporary. He is a member of Voces Aequales Ensemble, which performs early Renaissance and Renaissance music (Ockeghem, Obrecht, Josquien) as well as works by living composers (Bánk Sáry, András Soós). As a soloist, he has sung with Schola Hungarica, but he can also be seen in contemporary opera (Gyula Csapó: Phaedra).
