Way to Music: Danubia Orchestra - Hollywood!
26 September 2024, 07:30 pm.
Liszt Academy
1061 Budapest, Liszt Ferenc tér 8.
Not only have film studios been founded by Hungarians in Hollywood, but the composers of the first big blockbusters also include familiar names - such as three-time Oscar winner Miklós Rózsa. The concert is a selection of songs that span the great eras of film music and that in their own right are among the musical classics of the twentieth or twenty-first century. The conductor of the evening, Máté Hámori, will talk about the works and the stories behind them.
