Thomas Adès will work with young conductors and composers during a five-day workshop alongside Gregory Vajda. The course aims to develop the students' musical language and expression, and to refine their conducting technique. Works by Thomas Adès, Péter Eötvös and György Kurtág will be performed with the Foundation’s regular partner, the UMZE Ensemble, as well as 4 new cimbalom solo pieces by the selected young composers of the masterclass.
