ESP Group
Orchestra, choir, ensemble
Formed
1994
A fascinating quartet fronted by trombonist László Gőz and keyboard man Péter Erdélyi, ESP are constantly on the lookout for new sounds and new sources. They use a lot of electronic effects but they do so discriminatingly and produce a unique sound all of their own that combines the best of world jazz and fusion with the occasional touches of funk. Surprisingly, ESPs restless spirit and ceaseless search of new challenges produces music thats easy on the ear. Not many bands of their standing category can claim that. László "Zsatyi" Studniczky on bass and Lajos Gyenge on drums make up that formidable team.
