He was born in 1966 in Budapest, Hungary. He studied at the Béla Bartók Conservatory, Classical Department and at the Ferenc Liszt Music Academy, Jazz Department (Budapest). As a member of several jazz and ethno-jazz groups he performed at the following international music festivals: Novi Sad Jazz Festival 98, Transib Inter Jazz 99, Zágráb International Jazz Days 99. He has played in the Eichinger Band, Folkestra, Mirtill, Smooth Trio, Romhányi Trio, Quartet B, E.P: Experiment, Eszter Pozsár group, Battuta, Párniczky Quintet and the Mo-Ye Quartet. From 1994 to 96 he was a member of the Jessica contemporary group, from 1997 he has been playing with the Fragment group. He is active in creating and performing in theater pieces.
