Éva Andor, a member of the Budapest State Opera from 1964 and Professor at the Liszt Academy in Budapest from 1981, graduated from the Liszt Academy in 1964 and was awarded a prize at the Munich International Singing Competition. She studied in the USA on a scholarship from Dartmouth College Hopkins Centre, giving a Mozart concert at the Lincoln Centre in 1967. Her international work includes opera, concerts, seminars, congresses and international recordings of opera and oratorio, some of which won the Grand Prix in Paris. Éva Andor has worked with conductors of international repute and has partnered many famous singers. She was awarded the Liszt prize in 1968 and the title of 'Artist of Merit' in 1976.
