In the elementary school he studied music with the special Kodály method. He started playing the piano at age 7. In 1992 he made a successful entrance examination to the jazz faculty of the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music. His teachers were Béla Szakcsi Lakatos, Károly Binder and János Gonda. He graduated in 1997. He founded his first band when he was 15 years old. They played Hungarian folk music and their own compositions. Throughout the years he tried himself in almost every musical style. He played classical chamber music, pop music, pop music, Latin and world music, and even learned to sing under Olga Sík. He played among others with the Cotton Club Singers, Kimnowak, István Regős, Ági Lakatos, Péter Gerendás etc. He also played and made recordings with several jazz formations. He was a piano demonstrator of the Japanese company Roland for 4 years.
He was awarded with Artisjus-Prize in 2022.
