She started to learn music in the Music School of Győr and obtained her diploma at the Franz Liszt Music Academy of Budapest. Following a year in the orchestra of the Hungarian State Opera House and two years in the Budapest Festival Orchestra, she became and remained for ten years member of the Auer String Quartet, with which she toured world-wide (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Italy, England, etc.) and won first prize at the international competition of London, under the chairmanship of Yehudi Menuhin. In 2000 she was awarded with the Liszt Prize.
