The Flute Expedition is a new series by Gergely Ittzés: he will introduce flutists and the audience to the non-traditional art of playing and sounds of the instrument in a thematic and systematic way, at the same time giving a taste of different trends in contemporary music. The "42 Ingenious Studies" are published by the German edition Schott. This evening, the music of the first volume will be heard in its entirety for the first time. Máté Balogh will be in conversation with the flautist-composer about the compositions.
