He started his musical education with the violin and the piano, and he first played the horn when he was 15. In the same year he was admitted to the Béla Bartók Conservatory, where his teacher was Ádám Friedrich. After graduation he continued his studies at the Academy of Music as his father’s pupil. He has been a member of Budapest Concert Orchestra MÁV since 1987.
