Márk Badics was born on May 29, 1982, in Budapest. In 2009, he graduated from the Béla Bartók Secondary School of Music and High School with a major in jazz drums. He played in János Várzsonyi’s Triton Band. Together with Mátyás Premecz, he is a founding member of the Kéknyúl band and the Premecz Trio. For years, they organized improvisational evenings at the Lámpás Club under the name Gyócerda. He has also performed on several occasions as part of Lőrinc Barabás’s “Random Wednesdays”. Since 2010, he has been a member of the David Yengibarian Trio and the Konyhazenekar, and since 2013, a member of the JaMse Band. Since 2016, he has been playing with Gábor Weisz and István Rózsa in the Fröccs Trio. He has released numerous CDs, and with the band Kéknyúl, he has performed regularly at the most popular clubs and festivals in Hungary (VOLT, SZIN, Valley of the Arts, Lamantin Jazz Festival, Paloznak Jazz Days, etc.). He has also performed regularly in Transylvania, participated in the Gere Jazz Festival, and been invited to such renowned international events as the Jazzablanca Festival in Morocco, Tallinn Music Week in Estonia, and Jazzfest Gronau in Germany.

The Premecz Organ Trio - formed by Mátyás Premecz, known from Kéknyúl, and guitarist Tamás Zádor - released its debut album, "Trio Chicken Pressure", in 2025. The album was performed, among other venues, at the Opus Jazz Club. The trio primarily plays original compositions by bandleader Mátyás Premecz; their style is a healthy blend of jazz, blues and funk.
