László G. Horváth started playing the violin at the age of five as a pupil of Lászlóné Tardos. In 1998 he won second prize at the National János Koncz Violin Competition. He continued his studies at the Béla Bartók Conservatoire with Erika Petőfi, and in 2003 he won another national second prize at the Alice Bárdos Violin Competition. In 2006 he was admitted to the Budapest Liszt Academy of Music in the class of István Kertész, later he studied with a DLA scholarship, and in 2015 he was awarded the Annie Fischer Scholarship. Her interest in chamber music has been focused on chamber music since her secondary school years, and she has been awarded prizes in several competitions (Special Prize of the 4th Szeged National Chamber Music Competition - 2006, Special Prize of the National Dohnányi Chamber Music Competition - 2010, First Prize and Special Prize of the National Weiner Leó Chamber Music Competition). He has participated in the courses of such renowned teachers as Eszter Perényi, Hatto Beyerle (Alban Berg Quartet), Genia Epshtein, Josef Kluson, Petr Prause, Avedis Kouyoumdjian, Ferenc Rados, Shmuel Ashkenazy, Johannes Meissl, János Rolla, Márta Gulyás, Sándor Devich, Géza Hargitai (Bartók Quartet), Apollon Musagete Quartet, Edward Zienkowski, Barnabás Kelemen, András Keller, Reinhard Laczko, György Pauk.
In 2010 he founded the Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra from students of the Budapest Academy of Music. In 2018, he founded the Budapest Quartet Weekend. He has also performed in chamber ensembles such as Quartetto Speranza, Flamma Cordis Duo and Budapest ArTrio. In addition to his performances at home, he has also performed abroad (Serbia, Italy, Turkey). He is a committed performer of contemporary music and has premiered many contemporary works. He has a close creative relationship with the composer Barnabás Dukay, who has composed several works for him. Since 2015 he has been playing on a state-owned Nicolaus Lupot master instrument from 1794.
