He started his piano lessons in the Third Distrect Music School in Budapest, at the age of 8. He countenued his private lessons at Tibor Markus, and Karoly Binder. He got his diploma at the Liszt Ferenc Music Academy in 1995, where his teacher was Karoly Binder. Between 1995-1997 he was a teacher assistant at Western Washington University, his professor was Chuck Israels, who was the bass player in the legendary Bill Evans trio, and he recorded with John Coltrane, and Herbie Hancock as well. He achived a Master of Music diploma in Performing Arts in 1997.
Since 1998 he's an active performer in jazz bands, he's the member of the Budapest Jazz Orchestra, Fabry Showder Band, and founder and arranger of a couple of pop groups (Club 54, Back to Black).
