Balázs Kecskés was born in 1966 in Várpalota. He studied piano and composition at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music Budapest, where his teachers were Klára Máthé, László Baranay and József Soproni. He appeared as pianist and composer in several concerts. Presently he is a piano tecahers at the Béla Bartók Conservartory and the Academy of Music in Budapest.
