Soprano, born in Budapest. She received a diploma in voice and opera singing in 2002 at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music where she was a student of Éva Andor and Balázs Kovalik. She has taken part in master courses of Gundula Janowitz, Ileana Cotrubas and Júlia Hamari. She has been placed in a number of singing competitions in Hungary. In 1999 she won second prize in the Salzburg International Mozart Singing Competition. Besides roles from the traditional opera repertoire (Poppea, Susanna, Pamina, Fiordiligi, Micaela,) she also sings in rarely heard 20th century and contemporary operas (Szokolay: Blood Wedding, Britten: The Turn of the Screw, Zemlinsky: The Dwarf, Hindemith: Cardillac). Her concert repertoire includes late romantic and 20th century songs, as well as many baroque and Viennese classical oratorios and concert arias. Since 1999 she has been a soloist of the Hungarian State Opera House.
