Studied viola at the Ferenc Liszt Music Academy with Sándor Nagy and chamber music with Ferenc Rados. He got his diploma in 1993.
In 1988 he won 1st prize at the Hungarian National Viola Contest, and in 1990 Special Prize at the Cremona String Quartet Contest. Since 1989 he has been a member of the Ferenc Erkel Chamber Orchestra and the Budapest Festival Orchestra. He is also well known as a singer, composer and song writer. He has contributed in numerous radio, TV and CD productions.
