He started playing the piano at the age of six. In the preparatory class of the Music Academy he was first Gyöngyi Keveházi's, then Sándor Falvai's student. Later he grew interested in theology. He studied at and graduated from the theological college of the Péter Pázmány Catholic University. At the same time, he began playing the organ as a student of Erzsébet Bartl. In 1997 he graduated as an organist from the Conservatory of Szeged of the Academy of Music, where he was a pupil of László Csanádi. In the past years he had been teaching at the Church Music Department of the Theological College of Veszprém and at the Teacher's Training College of Zsámbék. Presently he is a teacher at a music school in Budapest. Since 1997 he has been the organist of the Országút Franciscan church and coach of the Male Chorus of the Honvéd Ensemble since 2002. As a soloist and accompanist of choruses he regularly gives concerts and appeared as a guest artist in Poland and Italy. In 1999 he won a special prize in the finals of the Ferenc Liszt International Organ Competition, Budapest. His first CD was released by Hungaroton in 2003.
