Bernadett Wiedemann graduated from the opera faculty of the Music Academy where her teacher was Zsolt Bende. Since 1993 she has been a member of the Hungarian State Opera House. Her major successes have been in Verdi and Wagner. Her guest appearances abroad have taken her to Brazil, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, France, where she has worked with such artists as José Carreras, Jefim Meizel, Yuri Simonov, Ira Levin, Rico Saccani and Pier-Giorgio Morandi. She can also be regularly found in both Hungary and abroad on the concert podium, in performances of oratorios and masses, as well as song recitals.
