Soprano Eszter Sára Kővári enjoyed a great success with the Szolnok Szigliget Theatre’s production of Poulenc’s La Voix Humaine, which visited the Bárka theatre in Budapest. She appeared in the Szolnok Theatre’s production of Kodály’s The Spinning Room and also undertook a number of Mozart roles in Pécs: Blonde from Il Seraglio, Queen of the Night and Pagagena from the Magic Flute. At the Hungarian State Opera House she sang in Strauss’s Fledermaus and Ránki’s opera The King’s New Clothes.
