Pastell Contemporro is a Hungarian jazz quartet, founded in 2008 by the pianist János Weisz. The band’s music style is based on the traditional swing, but it also contains elements from the contemporary music as well as Béla Bartók’s fundamentals on the Hungarian folks music. It comes together with saxofon playing following John Coltrane‘s style and many pop-patterns from the American jazz fusion music.
