András Borgulya was born in Szarvas. He was educated at Liszt ferenc Music Academy by professor János Viski and later by professor Ferenc Szabó. He himself is a professor now at the Music Academy. His compositions include symphonies, chamber music pieces, choral music and instrumental pieces composed for young people.
