4. Purpose of the Association:
The Association has been established for enabling two kinds of the Hungarian Brass - instrument Players: the Trombone- and Tuba Artist to achieve inland- and international successes, to give a hand in teaching these instruments as well as to safeguard the interests of their players.
Prominent purposes of the Association' s activity:
- to safeguard
the interests of the Hungarian Trombone - and Tuba Artists,
- to promote the of the Hungarian Trombone - and Tuba Artists', professional
level,
- to assist the teaching of the trombone- and tuba- instruments, improving
the educational and self- educational circumstances of both instruments,
- stimulating contamporary Hungarian composers to create new compositions
and to play latters on a high artistic level, increasing thereby their
international prestige,
- establishing contacts with international associations,
- organizing national and international meetings, conferences, international
competitions.
5. Creation and cessation of membership:
Any person - regardless of citizenship and professional skill - who accepts
present Statutes and pays the membership fees, may be a member of the
Association.

Bobo Performed John Williams's Concerto, accompanied by MRT Symphony Orchestra
(conducted by Tamás Vásáry) at the Hungarien Radio's studio 6.
The
concert was followed by a mastercourse for the students of the Music Academy.
